Reliable storage solution5 of 5 Posted by: CatchyTune on 01/31/2021
Over the years I have purchased 5 of these over the door storage racks. I own orange, green, and gray versions to organize toys in a kid's room, snacks on the kitchen pantry door, supplies on the inside of the bathroom closet. They are well made with rigid and strong plastic for the baskets, the color saturation is brilliant and consistent. The product is constructed with a very sufficient gage of aluminum for the tubes. The hangers have a thin profile to not impact door closing. I've placed a rack on the front and back sides of the same door and it doesn't interfere one bit with the door closing. It comes with two sets of hangers, which seem to be made of steel, for varied door thicknesses. The product always assembles perfectly due to impressive precision engineering. It coordinates nicely with decor, and smartly solves organization problems for me. They hold as much weight as I can fit on them, and not a one that I own has shown any wear and tear over the years. There has been no damage to my doors, but I do use a little bit of sticky tack on the bottom supports to affix the unit to the door. It prevents friction rubs on the door surface and rattling as the door moves. I'm grateful this product exists. My only struggle with them is that the price point is high and inches up every now and again.
