    The rack works well. The package, however, was missing the hook for hanging the rack aftet I used it. Candidly, I ordered three from a catalog store and received them promptly. I only opened and used one at that time -Summer 2016. This summer, 2017, I opened the remaining two packages, one of which was missing the hook. I called HomeEssentials, and after a few back and forths was told it would not replace the hook because it was "out of warranty." A part was wholly omitted from the package by the manufacturer and I am deemed at fault because I didn't open the three packages when they arrived to ensure someone else did his job. Really. You can't make this stuff up. I did get an apology but that doesn't help me hang up the rack to store it after use. And, oh by the way, the plastic hook is not available for separate purchase. (I asked-no go). First impression- good product if complete; inspect your items and call immediately if they have messed up.
